This page contains information about two Crew Members: Anon and Sentry!
|
Anon is a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is a Rare Crew Member which means it amplifies three Racer statistics (Top-Speed, Acceleration, Combat) and enhances one skill (Boost). Anon is part of the TRON Collection.
Origin[]
Anon, also called the Monitor, was a system monitoring program created by Kevin Flynn. As the main protagonist of "TRON: Evolution", he was designed to aid Tron in maintaining order amid the conflicts between Basics and ISOs before the Purge. Over time, he became deeply involved in CLU's ascent to power and the chaos unleashed by the virus, Abraxas.
Quorra later expressed her sorrow over the loss of Anon, mentioning him to Sam Flynn while they fled toward the Portal. To CLU, Anon's demise was nothing more than the removal of a minor obstacle. However, before his end, the former System Monitor destroyed CLU's warship, eradicated the Abraxas virus, and played a crucial role in preserving the ISOs from total annihilation. These actions ultimately contributed to CLU's downfall in 2010, cementing Anon's legacy as a key figure in the fight for the Grid's freedom.
Sentry is a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is a Rare Crew Member which means it amplifies three Racer statistics (Acceleration, Combat, Boost) and enhances one skill (Hack). Sentry is part of the TRON Collection.
Origin[]
Sentry is an enhanced system monitor security program designed to enforce order within the Grid. These enforcers wear standard black clothes accented with red circuitry and black visored helmets, leaving the lower face exposed. While they carry identity discs, most prefer engaging in combat using their staffs.
By 2010, as shown in "TRON: Legacy", Sentries routinely abducted programs, with their leaders deciding whether captives would be repurposed into Sentries or forced into the Games. Those chosen for rectification strengthened CLU's army, which he planned to use in his invasion of the real world. Right after getting into the Grid, Sam Flynn got abducted, as well.
A team of four Sentries joined CLU in a light cycle battle against Sam's team. They wore helmets similar to their opponents, but with darkened visors. Initially dominant, they were ultimately derezzed when Sam turned the tide.
Later, Sam used his father's light cycle to reach Zuse's sector, passing Sentries guarding Tron City's bridge and arresting a program. After ditching the cycle, two unaware Sentries pursued and captured it. More Sentries were seen at the End of Line Club, either stationed at the elevator or distracted by drinks and company inside, failing to notice Sam's arrival.
A lone Sentry demonstrated their programmed obedience when Kevin Flynn accessed his identity disc to override permissions. Though resistant at first, a simple helmet tap activated the patch, making the Sentry compliant and even offering Flynn a warning as he boarded a light jet.
When Flynn reintegrated with CLU, the explosion consumed CLU's warship, derezzing his entire army of repurposed Sentries, marking the end of their role in his failed conquest.
