Vladimir is a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is a Common Crew Member which means it amplifies two Racer statistics (Top-Speed, Handling) and enhances one skill (Shield). Vladimir is part of the Tangled Collection.

Vladimir is a supporting character in Disney's 2010 animated feature film, "Tangled".
Vladimir is among the most intimidating of the Pub Thugs, yet he has a surprising hobby: collecting ceramic unicorns. He first appears at the "Snuggly Duckling" pub, blocking Flynn Rider from entering to hand him over to the guards. However, Rapunzel intervenes, and her dream of exploring the world and seeing the lanterns inspires the thugs to share their own childhood hopes and dreams. During this moment, Vladimir proudly confesses his love for collecting ceramic unicorns.
When the guards eventually storm the pub, Vladimir helps Flynn by offering up Shorty as a distraction. Later in the story, when Flynn is captured, Vladimir teams up with other thugs to get him out of the jail and help him escape death. In his final appearance, Vladimir is seen watching Flynn escape with Maximus, setting off to save Rapunzel.

Shorty is a supporting character in Disney's 2010 animated feature film, "Tangled".
Shorty is the oldest and arguably the most eccentric of the Pub Thugs. He makes his first appearance during the song "I've Got a Dream", started by other thugs in response to Rapunzel's pleas to help her out, though he does not have any lines. Shortly after, he notices Mother Gothel spying on Rapunzel and the thugs and decides to flirt with her. His advances are cut short when she threatens him with a knife, demanding information about the secret tunnel Flynn and Rapunzel used in order to escape.
Later in the story, Shorty plays a key role in helping the thugs free Flynn from prison. After the group shuts the doors, he teasingly opens a window and asks the guards for the password, refusing to unlock the door until they get it right. Shorty makes his final appearance during the kingdom's celebration of Rapunzel's return, cheerfully floating into the sky, carried by lanterns.
