Origin[]
Lady Lightbug is a main antagonist of Pixar's 2005 animated short film "Mr. Incredible and Pals". Mr. Incredible and Frozone discover that she is the villain behind the theft of the West River Bridge, which she hid in her secret evil abandoned amusement park. Her plan is to steal other bridges and cause massive traffic jams to break down the economics of the free world with its citizens unable to travel to work. When the superheroes arrive at her hideout, she traps Frozone in her radioactive silk, but Mr. Incredible manages to defeat her and trap her in a jar, which he places on the West River Bridge that is relocated back to its original position.
According to the additional commentary, Lady Lightbug is a made-up villain that was only meant to appear in "Mr. Incredible and Pals" and does not actually exist in the original cartoon universe.
