Aladdin is a Disney Speedstorm Racer. He is classed as a Trickster and is part of the Aladdin Collection.

Aladdin is a young man who lives on the streets and is forced to steal food with his friend Abu. In Disney Speedstorm, his racing suit is inspired by the color scheme of his original movie prototype's outfit, however, in the game it covers the upper part of his body fully: a purple and white costume that takes inspiration from the purple top and white pants that Aladdin had in the cartoon, with gold stripes that resemble the yellow patch on his original trousers. His famous small red hat that he wore along with his sidekick Abu has also been preserved in the game. Aladdin's Unique Skill combines his ability to ride a Magic Carpet, when his car turns into the Carpet and lets him fly instead of driving, and also calls back to Prince Ali's generous act of throwing money to poor people in the cartoon, as he does so in the game speeding up his opponents.

Origin

Aladdin is a generally upbeat, fun-loving, and charismatic character. Despite resorting to theft for survival, he finds joy in evading the brutish guards, often accompanied by his loyal companion Abu, and he also protects the weak and shares food with them. Upon encountering Jasmine, he gets dragged in a kaleidoscope of events including imprisonment, Jafar's deception, meeting Genie and turning into Prince Ali to win Jasmine's attention.

When Iago steals the lamp, Jafar reveals Aladdin's true identity, seizing control over Agrabah and sending Aladdin off to a very cold place. Magic Carpet saves him and brings him back, Aladdin outsmarts Jafar turning him into a genie and trapping him in a lamp, Jasmine accepts him for who he is, and he uses his last wish to set Genie free.

Crew Members

Crew members are chips that amplify some of the Racer's stats. Players can choose up to 4 Crew Members (slots need to be unlocked with the character progression). All Crew Members are characters from the related Disney films. Aladdin currently has 9 Crew Members that players can choose from. Crew Members can be Common, Rare or Epic. Common Crew Members increase 2 of the Racer statistics and and strengthen 1 of their common Skills. Rare Crew Members have the ability to amplify 3 of the same statistics, give a skill bonus, and some of them also give extra Loot Point % bonus (needed for Mystery Boxes). Epic Crew Members are the most powerful as they boost all the Racer's statistics, let the Racer start the race with one of their common Skills, and also give a bonus to the Unique Skill of the Racer they are attached to (each Epic Crew Member is unique to one Racer).
