Sebastian is a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is an Epic Crew Member which means it gives Bonus % to all Racer statistics (depending on the Crew Member star level), allows the player to start the race with 1 skill and amplifies the unique skill while used (Shield, Triton's Trident). Sebastian is part of the The Little Mermaid Collection.

Origin

Sebastian is a major character in Disney's 1989 animated feature film The Little Mermaid. He is a red, Jamaican-accented crab who serves as King Triton's advisor and "distinguished" court composer. Sebastian loves Ariel despite her recklessness but he is often ordered to watch over her and report her actions to the king.

Sebastian enters the scene during a royal concert in King Triton's palace, which gets ruined due to Ariel's absence right when her sisters introduce her in a musical number. Facing humiliation, Sebastian scolds Ariel upon her return, which gives Triton the idea to assign him as her supervisor. Upset by this decision, Ariel leaves, and Sebastian later finds her in her treasure cave full of items from the human world. As the ship above attracts Ariel's attention, Sebastian and Flounder are led ashore following her.

Concerned by Ariel's romantic feelings for Eric, Sebastian tries to convince her in a song that "it's better down where it's wetter" but his attempt fails. Triton confronts Sebastian about Ariel's love, unaware it is for a human. Nervous, Sebastian accidentally reveals Ariel's secret, leading Triton to destroy her whole collection. Sebastian feels guilty and leaves when Ariel tells him to, but follows her when she meets Ursula's minions.

Against Sebastian's warnings, Ariel makes a pact with Ursula to become human and win Eric's love. Sebastian reluctantly agrees to help, determined to see Ariel happy. He stays by her side and even risks his life when Chef Louis decides to cook him for dinner. When Eric prepares to marry Vanessa (Ursula in disguise), Scuttle alerts Sebastian to warn Triton.

As Ursula is defeated, Triton allows Ariel to marry Eric, and Sebastian joyfully watches their wedding. Later, Chef Louis seeks revenge, but Sebastian outsmarts him, ensuring Ariel's happily-ever-after before returning to the sea with his friends.
