Origin

In the 1988 animated series Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Rat Capone is a gangster boss who commits crimes such as illegally acquiring cheese and gold, as well as enslaving villagers. He also becomes attracted to Gadget Hackwrench and attempts to make her his moll, but the plan ultimately fails.
