Horace is a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is a Rare Crew Member which means it amplifies three Racer statistics (Top-Speed, Handling, Combat) and enhances one skill (Rush). Horace is part of the 101 Dalmatians Collection.

Origin

Horace Badun is one of the secondary antagonists of Disney's 1961 animated feature film "One Hundred and One Dalmatians". He is one of Cruella's henchmen who does her dirty work, stealing the Dalmatian puppies.

Horace and Jasper, posing as Electric Company workers, break into the house of Roger and Anita Radcliffe while they are away. Despite Nanny's refusal to let them in, they force their way in, with Jasper distracting Nanny in the attic while Horace kidnaps the puppies. They take the puppies to Hell Hall, Cruella's old residence, where their dognapping is soon reported in the news, leading them to reconsider their actions. When they contact Cruella for payment, she refuses until the job is complete, angrily hanging up after misinterpreting Jasper's frustration directed at Horace as aimed at her.

At Hell Hall, they lounge around with the stolen puppies and an additional 84 purchased ones, allowing them to watch TV but rudely pushing Lucky aside. Cruella arrives, demanding they finish the job that night due to increased police presence.

While the brothers prepare makeshift weapons, they overhear Tibbs rescuing the puppies through a wall hole. They chase after the cat and corner the puppies in a room just as Pongo and Perdita burst in to fight them. After a chaotic struggle, the ceiling collapses on Jasper and Horace. They later track the Dalmatians to a barn, but the dogs escape through a frozen creek.

Days later, they encounter Cruella, who pressures them to keep searching despite their exhaustion. After discovering Dalmatians' tracks leading to Dinsford, they pursue the puppies in a moving van but crash due to Horace's panic, resulting in a meltdown for Cruella as they sulk amidst the wreckage while the van escapes.
