The Factory is a map dedicated to Monsters, Inc. Collection.

The map features recognizable thematical surroundings and gives a feeling of being inside the energy-producing factory Monsters, Inc. The map consists of three parts with smooth transitions to switch between them. One part of the map resembles the snow mountain where Sulley and Mike ended up by the end of the first movie, while the other parts are the scare floor in "Monsters Inc" (a massive Factory-like room with rows upon rows of doors leading to children's bedrooms) and a big open space with a spiral road. Racers are likely to encounter various doors while driving. Different parts of the map present different objects in the cartoon's style such as:

• A large M-logo on the wall with the slogan 'We scare because we care';
• Huge yellow barrels to store and transport screams;
• Doors-like obstacles appearing at random times;
• A huge lorry driving towards the wrong direction right at Racers;
• Snowy mountains with huge snowballs moving fast from different directions and stunning Racers;
• Doors, doors, doors, so many doors, hundreds of doors;
• And a lot more!

The road through the snowy mountain is brightly lit in a red color palette with a big number of road signs and huge ice walls dividing the track. The scare floor parts of the map are equipped with huge devices meant to collect and recycle screams, moving decorative doors and also doors that function as an obstacle. The rails are on top and at the bottom of the road, and it is possible to drive through a tunnel.
